After your Dining, you get your 100 points back plus bonus points based on your diner level— 10 per seat (Diner), 15 per seat (Premium), or 25 per seat (Elite).

When you reach 1,500 points, you unlock Elite Level and stay there even after redeeming. Reach Premium Level at 1,100 points. Booking and referring friends lets you level up faster and earn more rewards along the way!

Refer & Earn lets you invite friends, family, or anyone to join BookMyDining. When they sign up using your referral link and complete the first dining, you both earn 25 points—it’s a simple way to share the love and boost your points!

You need a 500-point reserve to book tables. Each booking uses 100 points, returned with bonus points, so you can start redeeming rewards once you reach 1,500 points.

Inform the restaurant before your booked time, preferably as early as possible. Most restaurants may allow a 5–10 minute delay, but it depends on their policy and peak hours—so check with them to avoid issues.

Please attend your bookings. If you don’t show up, points used for the booking will be lost and a no-show will be recorded on your profile. Repeated no-shows may result in account deactivation to ensure fairness for all users and restaurants.

It depends on the restaurant and peak hours. Generally, for 4–8 guests, cancel at least 2 hours before your booking to avoid a no-show and losing points. Larger groups or busy restaurants may have different policies—please check details at booking.

Most reservations can be booked using 100 BookMyDining points. Some restaurants may require a deposit or follow their own booking policies, depending on their preferences.

Yes. Points are valid for 1 year from the date they’re earned—for example, points collected on a specific date will expire on that same date the following year.

Yes. When booking, you’ll see an option to add special requests, where you can include any notes for the restaurant.

Yes, it’s recommended. We’ll verify with the restaurant, but if there’s any confusion, your receipt can help resolve it quickly.
