The Merchant Portal is your central hub for managing reservations made through BookMyDining while monitoring your entire dining activity in real time. You can track table occupancy, seating durations, and availability for all diners—including walk-ins and direct bookings—to keep service smooth and maximize seating efficiency. Easily maintain your restaurant profile, operating hours, and seat inventory, upload menus and photos, and create up to two additional user accounts with customizable access levels.
